Development and leasing
From market research to real estate planning, development, and operations management, we take a long-term perspective in striving to increase the value of real estate and to maximize real estate profitability. Our Group companies deliver optimal services in areas ranging from leasing to operations management.

Development, power sales to power companies, retail power sales
We develop solar farms and binary cycle power plants and sell electric power to power companies and end users. In partnership with Group companies, we offer solutions ranging from power plant potential surveys, planning, and negotiations with authorities and power companies to application procedures, power facilities development, and operations and maintenance services.

Consulting and asset management
Drawing on our experience with M & A, providing support to client firms as they venture into new businesses, planning real estate strategies, and consolidating and streamlining business facilities, we provide consulting and project-based asset management services that deliver know-how for management, real estate, construction, and renewable energy.

1.Basic policy
We will comply with all laws and regulations concerning personal information and social norms, and are committed to the appropriate handling and safeguarding of personal information.

2.Acquisition, use, and provision of personal information
We will obtain personal information by appropriate methods, and announce, notify, or otherwise indicate the purposes of use of such information, as well as refrain from handling personal information in any way beyond the specified scope of use without the consent of the parties in question. Further, we will not provide obtained personal information to third parties without the consent of the parties in question except as otherwise specifically specified by laws, regulations, and government agencies.

3.Purposes of use of personal information
We gather personal information solely for the following purposes:

Contract fulfillment and provision of information and services related to transactions involving the sale and purchasing, sale and purchasing brokerage services, rentals, leasing and rental brokerage services for land and buildings (“real estate” hereinafter) and power plants, the operation and management of real estate and power plants, and the design and construction of buildings
Provision of personal information to third parties to the extent necessary for the purposes set forth in i
Provision of emergency information regarding real estate and power plants that we are contracted to maintain as a management service contractor, as well as design and construction of buildings
Ordinary business activities, sales activities, marketing activities (e.g., questionnaire surveys), customer trend analysis, or product development research and analysis, using regular mail, telephone, electronic mail, etc., for contract fulfillment, the provision of information and services, and emergency contact set forth in i and iii above

4.Provision of personal information to third parties
The personal information in our possession will be provided to third parties in the following cases:

The consent of the parties in question has been obtained.
Such provision is pursuant to laws and regulations.
Such provision is necessary to safeguard life, health, or property in cases in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the parties in question.
Such provision is essential to public health or healthy child development in cases in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the parties in question.
We are required to cooperate with a national government agency or local government or its assignee in the execution of statutory affairs and obtaining the consent of the parties in question would be detrimental to the execution of such affairs.
In the case of the sale and purchasing, sale and purchasing brokerage services rentals, leasing and brokerage services for real estate and power plants, and the design and construction of buildings, information regarding the real estate, power plants and buildings, personal names, addresses, and other required items of information will be provided to third parties in writing by regular mail, telephone, Internet, electronic mail, advertising media, etc. We will halt such provision at the request of the parties in question.
In the case of lessees or prospective lessees of real estate that we are contracted to maintain as a management service contractor, the names of representatives of corporate lessees under lease contracts (tenants), their emergency contact information, and other persons’ names, and addresses and other required items of information will be provided to third parties in writing by regular mail, telephone, Internet, electronic mail, etc. We will halt such provision at the request of the parties in question.

5.Security measures pertaining to personal information
We will take appropriate measures to the extent necessary for the operations in question to keep personal information in our possession accurate and up-to-date. With regard to personal information regarding our customers, we will take measures to guarantee its security, including information security measures, and ensure that our officers, employees and other workers, business contractors, and other parties involved receive appropriate guidance and supervision.

6.Procedures for the disclosure, correction, etc. of personal information
If we receive a request from an individual concerning the disclosure, correction, cessation of use, etc. of the personal information regarding him/her which is in our possession, we will verify the identity of the party making the request and respond without delay.
